Young racialists should decide what sort of career would best benefit their race.



Hello, and welcome back to this week's broadcast of American Dissident Voices, the Internet radio program of North America's foremost racialist organization, the National Alliance. I'm your host and the Chairman of the Alliance, Erich Gliebe.

I am not alone when I say that I believe the System will fall of its own accord, without our help. The principles on which this Jewish-materialist society is built are flawed, and the System will collapse at some point in the future. Of course, the sooner the better for us Whites, because the demographic balance is tilted away from us. Every year that passes without our seizing control of our destiny makes it more difficult, in terms of numbers, for us to mount a successful resistance to the Jews' plans to exterminate our race. So it would be nice if the present System would hurry up and gasp its last gasp so that we racialist Whites can start over with new foundations.

The facts I just mentioned above are no secret; everyone knows that our numbers are dwindling and that we do not stand a chance with the System remaining in its present form. And for that reason, some observers have suggested that we actively work for the destruction of the System, a la The Turner Diaries. They view the National Alliance and other law-abiding racialists as soft, saying that if we aren't willing to stir up the pot and put our courage on the line, we aren't good for much at all.

Now, I'm the first to admit that The Turner Diaries. is one exciting action novel. With Dr. Pierce as its author, how could it NOT be a gripping piece of work? It has an "us vs. them" mentality. It has the right amount of violence, which is just the thing to appeal to the aggressive instincts found most often in males. And the best thing is: The good guys win. The Jewish-materialist society is vanquished. Non-Whites vanish from North America and from a good portion of the rest of the planet. In a world where the good guys (that is, White people) have been on the losing end of just about everything for the last century or more, a novel with the ultimate good ending can't help but be a draw.

The problem is that our society isn't anywhere close to the setting present in The Turner Diaries.. And those racialists who are clamoring for blood aren't being realistic in their assessment of the situation. With things as they are, if such people keep up their violent rhetoric, the chances are that they are going to do something foolish and end up dead or in prison. And if not that, then they are cowards who are just shooting their mouths off because they like to hear themselves talk and because they think it makes them tough by doing so. Unfortunately, the latter scenario is more likely the case. I don't know how many so-called "activists" I've heard who have made incendiary comments and then refused to lift a finger when I've asked them if they would like to contribute to the work of a radical, but educational, organization like the National Alliance.

The present society may well follow the path Dr. Pierce envisioned for it in The Turner Diaries., but that time is not going to get here any sooner by anything violent or illegal that we might think about doing. If it is to happen, the seeds of that future have already been sown: the presence of large masses of many different races on the same soil; the media's mandate that all races are equal and should therefore achieve at the same level and with the same frequency; and the manipulation of media and governmental power by a small group of men who try to bend the entire society such that they gather more for themselves and their kind at the expense of everyone else. Those seeds will inevitably lead to collapse; it is not a question of IF, but WHEN.

So today, that leaves us with a past to teach us, a present to live in, and a future to plan for. What do we need to do to get ready for the coming-apart-at-the-seams of the United States, which the ideological foundations on which it is built guarantee? Today, I'd like to offer up a few goals for racialists in preparing for the time when opportunity knocks on our people's door.

Of course, as Chairman of the National Alliance, I'd like our organization to continue growing. We have a lot of good things going for us. We have Local Units all around the country, which help concentrate Alliance energy in particular locales. Local Units allow our members to work together and lift each other up, and so they need to keep growing, in terms of both number and size.

We in the National Alliance have many different media at our disposal for reaching our kinsmen. We have this American Dissident Voices program, a presence on the Internet, several periodical publications, a music company, and a book business. We need to expand all of our different media because that is how we communicate our message to the millions of Whites who need hope and inspiration. The Alliance needs to be THE White racialist organization in the United States, because I believe only we have a realistic and consistent worldview that will act as a guide in the building of a new White world once this society has passed away. It is because I believe this that I frequently end these broadcasts with a plea for you to become involved in our work, to contribute to Our Cause, and to be a mover-and-shaker in building a better world for our children rather than a passive complainer. So forgive me if I'm biased in favor of the Alliance, but I really believe that an organization like ours is the best hope for a secure future for the White race.

The Alliance needs to be strong and tightly organized by the time the present system's death rattle becomes loud enough for everyone to hear. We won't have the time to build an infrastructure once the rioting starts. We need to work on it now so that we're ready when the time comes. Think about what you are able to do to contribute to your race's future, and contact the National Alliance if you are ready to commit.

But beyond building the National Alliance into a tool more fit to help our people, all White racialists -- Alliance members and otherwise -- have to begin infiltrating the System in earnest. We need racialists to have positions of influence within the System. The purpose is not so much to work for the System's collapse from within, but rather to manage what you can to the best advantage of Our Cause. Of course, all of us can do SOMETHING, no matter what job we have. Even if you are in a sensitive position, you can still contribute directly to Our Cause off the time clock. After all, White racialist organizations like the National Alliance haven't been outlawed, at least not yet. But some jobs are more strategically placed for White racialists to play a role when our societies begin looking more like Dr. William Pierce described in The Turner Diaries..

For example, it certainly didn't hurt the German racial-nationalist cause in the aftermath of German reunification in the early 1990s that many of the former East German police were sympathetic to the cause. Individual racial-nationalists in the East German police could crack down on communist demonstrators if they were breaking the law or could conveniently turn a blind eye to fellow nationalists who were trying to practice free speech in a country that doesn't have free speech, at least about certain subjects, such as the exaggerated claims about the so-called Holocaust and the historical Jewish pattern of predation on gentile peoples. Like all cops, East German racial-nationalist cops pick and choose their battles, and the choices they made helped the nationalist movement in eastern Germany have significant successes throughout the 1990s.

Racially minded cops can do a lot to manage affairs on the streets, and not just in Germany. It definitely wouldn't hurt us American racialists to have a few of our own walking the beat in our cities and towns. Ideologically speaking, most big city White cops are basically on our side right now, since they deal with non-White crime every single day. We just need to reach them and help them reorient their thinking. Conceivably, it is possible that, in a small or medium-sized White town, every cop on the county payroll could be on our side, if we try hard enough.

Besides police officers, there is no limit to the number of people in positions of influence that we could use within the legal field and in the officers' ranks of the military. While these options aren't going to be realistic for many racialists who are deep into other career fields, they ARE realistic for younger racialists who aren't yet locked into a career.

If you are a young White who wants to make a real contribution to your people through your vocation, you need to think long and hard about what you want to do and what steps you will need to take to achieve that. Rather than get swastika tattoos up and down your arms, it might be a better long-term choice to blend in and make a conscious effort to get a good education. There are a few qualities that employers find irresistible: top-notch training, a dedication to hard work, and a good attitude. If you have those, no matter how many racial employment quotas need to be filled, you have a good shot at landing the job you want. And if you can help Our Cause in that capacity, that's time well spent.

And one more thing: Those of us who have been participating in Our Cause for a while now have to modify our perception of Whites who say they are racialists -- they say they are on our side -- but who refuse to join an organization, for whatever reason. In the past -- as a National Alliance activist, for example -- I didn't think too much of those who said they were in agreement with us 100% but wouldn't get on board and join the organization. In other words, I didn't have too much patience with the talkers who didn't walk. How could someone talk the talk and not walk the walk? I didn't understand it, and frankly the excuses ticked me off. And they still do, to some extent.

But we racialists need to get to the point now where we begin to understand those who opt to NOT become official members so that they can pursue their goals without being harassed as official members of a racialist organization. If a sympathetic young person has a good reason to NOT choose membership in the Alliance or another legitimate organization, we are going to have to be happy with that and trust that the benefit of having a sympathetic non-member in a position of importance outweighs having a member who wields no clout within the System. We have some big goals to achieve: we have to keep our options open and give all our kinsmen the freedom to contribute to Our Cause as best they can.

So I'm willing to hedge on people choosing non-membership IF they have a really good reason for doing so. But what I will NEVER hedge on is the idea that EVERY White racialist -- affiliated with an organization or not -- is obligated to make a noticeable contribution to Our Cause. If you are doing NOTHING, you need to change your life because your people need you. You need to start making a visible contribution.

And not the least of those contributions -- let there be no doubt about it -- is financial. We have to build our infrastructure and keep our media efforts going. We need to feed our media so that we can constantly be reaching out to both our members AND sympathetic non-members. That gives all racialists plenty to do.

The White racial situation is fearsome, but there is time for us to reverse things. Get involved. DO something to help us get ready for the time when the System crashes down of its own accord. That will be our last chance. We can't let the opportunity slip away.
