Asa Coon: America in Microcosm

Hello again, and welcome to another edition of American Dissident
Voices, the Internet radio program of the National Alliance. I'm
your host and Chairman of the Alliance, Erich Gliebe.

Another chapter in the history of school violence and school
shootings was written two weeks ago when 14-year-old White
student Asa Coon walked into SuccessTech, an inner-city magnet
high school in Cleveland, Ohio, and shot four people -- two
teachers and two students -- before taking his own life. It
appears now that all four of Coon's victims will survive, but the
tragedy that WAS Asa Coon's life is now over. Certainly it didn't
come too soon for Asa, who was so fed up with life that he had
tried unsuccessfully once before to take his own life. All that
is left for us to do is to sit back and reflect upon WHY Asa Coon
made the choices he did back on the afternoon of October 10th.

There are some ready answers to the question of why Asa Coon went
on a two-pistol shooting rampage down the halls of his high
school. Most of those answers relate to the circumstances of Asa
Coon's short life.

Asa Coon was born in New York and grew up in a fatherless
household with several older brothers who turned down the wrong
path early when their mother neglected the children. Asa's
brothers -- one especially -- had a strong fascination with guns
and regularly threatened the neighbors. Over and over, including
TWICE during the week of the shooting, Asa's brother Stephen was
arrested. Asa himself was rarely a participant in his brothers'
shenanigans; quite to the contrary. His brothers teased and
bullied him without letup and, without a strong parent figure at
home to lay down the law, the cycle of violence and abuse was
repeated over and over. One time after the family had moved to
Cleveland, for example, Asa was treated for being shot in the arm
with a BB gun. Cleveland social workers had also noticed burns
and scratches on Asa's skin at various times since the family
took up residence in the northern Ohio city.

It was only a matter of time before the abuse and poverty caught
up with young Asa. At age 11, Asa was disciplined by the courts
for cursing at his mother and striking her in the eye. He
received counseling and performed community service, but he never
went through the anger-management training that was planned for
him. Anti-depressant medications were prescribed for him, too,
but Asa wasn't much in the habit of taking them. So Asa Coon's
home life was less than desirable, and unfortunately, millions of
children in the United States today live through the same sort of
"hell on Earth" every single day.

While most things in Asa's home life were downright rotten, at
school it was a bag of mixed results. Reports state that Asa did
fairly well in school. For one thing, he was accepted to attend
SuccessTech -- which is allegedly a high-achievement, alternative
high school -- and, secondly, he was doing well in his classes
there. Some of those who knew Asa, such as neighbors and his
brothers' parole officers, described him as being "nice,"
"well-mannered," and "polite." One person commented that Asa
"liked to joke around." But it was the other, darker side of Asa
Coon that most people at school noticed.

At school, Coon dressed in the Goth style, which means that he
usually dressed in black and wore a long trench coat and boots.
Sometimes, he painted his fingernails black or wore an empty gun
holster on one leg. He was known in school as being an atheist,
which further distanced him from a segment of the school
population. In fact, it appears that this issue of religion was
at least partly behind the fistfight that Asa got into with three
Black students, which resulted in Asa being suspended from school
two days before the shooting, on Monday, October 8th -- the same
day that the 19-year-old Stephen Coon was arrested for his
connection with an armed robbery.

Not surprisingly, as is the case for every student who doesn't
fit in, Asa was teased at school, and Asa began making comments
that he would soon take out his frustrations with deeds. Other
students allegedly reported these and other of Asa's comments to
administration and faculty members, but little was done to deal
proactively with the situation. And, sure enough, Asa eventually
did reach the end of his rope, and fortunately no one but Asa was
killed.

Not all of the students at SuccessTech looked upon Asa Coon as a
God-hating demon-child. Some of them noticed that Asa was a
desperate young teenager in grave need of help that nobody seemed
willing to give. Here is a quote from one of Asa's former
classmates: "I ain't justifying nothing. I ain't saying he did
the right thing, but I am saying he got pushed for a long time
and asked them people to help, help, help, help, but nobody
helped." Now, aside from the horrible grammar, at least the above
statement documents that somebody noticed that Asa Coon had needs
that weren't being met.

Well, so far, this program hasn't sounded much different from the
mainstream media's perspective on the October 10th shootings at
SuccessTech high school in Cleveland, Ohio: "Neglected youth from
troubled family is ostracized at school and snaps." And I agree
with those who say that it is too bad that there are children in
the world like Asa Coon, who grow up in broken homes and who live
in an environment in which respect for self, for others, and for
the law is nonexistent.

But most of those who wish to stop such problems -- the abuse and
neglect of children, for instance -- tackle the problem from too
short a range. They see the present government and the present
System as being adequately equipped to handle the job. They
believe that a few acts of legislation by Congress, a few more
tax dollars thrown at the problem, a few more social workers, and
a few more security officers at schools will go a long way toward
"fixing" the problem of child abuse and child neglect.

This is the same essential mode of operation that has been the
stock-in-trade for status-quo thinkers in the United States for
well over a century: the belief that things can be radically
improved by working within the System. The classic example is the
one of well-meaning but naïve nincompoops who try to stamp out
world hunger or eliminate poverty. Aside from the question of
whether such crusades are desirable in the long term, it is just
a fact of life that such things simply CAN'T be done with the
world as it is today. The political structure and the value
systems prevalent in the world today will not allow it.

About a hundred years ago, when America was well over 90% White,
when the tax burden was minimal, and the welfare burden
nonexistent, the belief that noticeable change could take place
by working within the present System might have had some
credence. But not today.

Today, the American population is a far cry from being a
homogeneous citizenry. White people make up barely two-thirds of
the population and the remaining one-third consists of members of
the darker races of every shade and hue of darkness. Millions of
these non-White Americans speak a language other than English,
with increasingly large numbers of Middle Eastern and South Asian
language speakers becoming more and more common in recent years.

In addition, the tax burden placed upon working people consumes a
large fraction of one's earned income. With income taxes, sales
taxes, and property taxes -- to name a few -- my guess is that
somewhere between one-third and one-half of our gross pay
eventually ends up back in the coffers of the federal, state, or
local government, although I don't have any hard data on this.
Perhaps you have such data; I would be more than happy for you to
contact me and share it.

Today, these tax dollars are increasingly going toward supporting
a welfare state whose members make no tangible contribution to
society. Rather, the welfare state only continues to drag itself
and the rest of the country down by further burdening everyone
with more and more children. Far from being the
temporary-aid-in-time-of-need that welfare SHOULD be, welfare has
become an excuse for irresponsibility for tens of millions of
able-bodied Americans.

And moreover, mass democracy as it exists today is incapable of
concerted and immediate action aimed at eliminating many of the
social problems that afflict our nation and race. Democracy is a
system of government based on words, not actions. A decisive man
who takes action is bound to have done SOMETHING that offends
just about everyone, and so will not survive in the political
climate of modern democracy. It is far better for a politician
today -- if one wants to continue getting re-elected, that is --
to talk and talk, and to learn to talk with smoothness and
eloquence, with the sound of certitude in one's voice. That's why
Ronald Reagan was such a popular president, in spite of his
accomplishing almost nothing of significance is his eight years
in office. That's why Bill Clinton was such a popular president,
in spite of him accomplishing almost nothing of significance in
his eight years in office. Both men earned black marks as the
nation's Chief Executive -- Reagan with the Iran-Contra scandal
and Clinton with the Monica Lewinsky affair -- but the public
largely overlooked these breaches of presidential conduct and
continued to support them nonetheless.

No, a problem such as child neglect has no chance of being
adequately addressed by the System as it exists today. Asa Coon's
broken home life and polluted upbringing are far out of reach of
the present System. And it isn't just that the population is too
diverse to agree -- or even communicate about -- what needs to be
done. It isn't just that we don't have the financial resources to
tackle it due to an immense welfare state of freeloaders and
do-nothings. It isn't just that the hallowed halls of democracy
are filled with POSSIBLY well-meaning men who are so wrapped up
in the utterly false notion of popular government that they don't
even realize that they are talkers and not doers. It IS all of
these things -- yes -- but it's much more than that.

And the "much more than that" that I'm talking about is the
Jewish effect on our lives, specifically on our thoughts and
opinions and values. This Jewish influence is mostly exerted
through the mass news and entertainment media which, as has been
discussed on this program before and has been noted and
documented by many observers over the last 50 years, are almost
completely under the thumb of Jewish power. They all sing the
same song when it comes to, for example, values. And it is this
Jewish media influence that is so intertwined with modern
American society that the two are almost indistinguishable.

It was the Jewish media power that told women like Asa Coon's
mother that being a mother WASN'T the most important role that
she could play in this world; that it was okay and even desirable
for her to work outside the home and that if her children had to
suffer as a result… well, that was okay, too.

It was the Jewish media power that atomized society to the point
that men like Asa Coon's absentee father could still sleep at
night when he put his own life and interests above those of his
children and their mother.

It was the Jewish media power that broke down the will of White
America such that non-Whites increased in number and influence to
the point where we are where we are today, with multiracial
communities and multiracial schools and multiracial churches and
multiracial civic organizations and multiracial workplaces. That
same Jewish media power can be identified as causing the races to
be thrown together such that 14-year-old Asa Coon gets suspended
for fighting 3-on-1 against three Blacks who certainly didn't
like his views about God and probably didn't like him because he
was a White kid. And the same Jewish media power can be blamed
for helping to create that national nightmare that we call
non-White immigration.

Of course, I've simplified things somewhat in my claims against
Jewish media power. Certainly there were (and are) a lot of
corrupt people in the government who were quite pleased to sully
their sacred honor and do whatever the Jews pressured them to do.
Certainly there were (and are) plenty of powerful businessmen of
every race who felt no qualms about shipping White American jobs
overseas and about replacing the White workers in most of the
jobs that remained here with non-White workers. Certainly there
were (and are) lots of White liberal egg-heads who had massive
guilt complexes and who wanted to give everything -- including
their White children -- to non-Whites. Certainly there were (and
are) White religious nutcases who either were so diversity-mad
that they couldn't think about anything else or who were so
biased in favor of God's so-called "chosen people" that all
arguments began and ended with the preservation and expansion of
Israel. And certainly there were (and are) quite a few Jews who
were not at all involved with the genocidal behavior of their
power-mad brethren, who insist on slowly asphyxiating the White
race.

But it is the Jewish media power that is now holding it all
together, and it is this power that must be broken if our race is
to have a viable future.

Of course, the survival and progress of the White race are the
main concerns for those of us in the White Racialist Cause -- and
specifically in the National Alliance. And although it may
surprise you (if you believe what the Jewish media want you to
believe about us), we, too, are concerned about young Americans
like Asa Coon. We, too, want a more peaceful world, one with less
pollution and more beauty. And most of all, we want a world in
which every race -- but most especially, our own -- is free to
seek its own destiny. The world we have now doesn't satisfy any
of those needs, and that's why we demand change and are working
in every legal way possible for change.

You might think that that's the same sort of thing that
neo-hippies are doing and, in a sense, that's correct. But,
unlike the neo-hippies and the young progressive liberals, we
have given up on the present System's ability to bring about real
and lasting change in this world. In particular, the existing
System has demonstrated over and over that it has no concern for
the survival and progress of our people. And that is a flaw that
we cannot overlook and which, by definition, damns the present
System as ill-equipped to be the vehicle for our race's journey
upward.

So we are out to create a new and better system, a system that
takes into account the needs and the race-soul of our people. Out
of this new system will grow a new society that will be guided by
the racialist values of the National Alliance, rather than the
Jewish values of today's mass media and the values that that
media have instilled in a corrupt government. Once that society
is in place, we'll be in a much better position to address issues
of poverty and child neglect that resulted in the Cleveland
tragedy on October 10th.

You know, there are several reasons that we need to create our
White homeland in pretty short order. Firstly, our race can't
handle much more of being mixed with the darker races, which far
outnumber us on a worldwide scale. Our race can't tolerate racial
mixing any more, and there can't be any discussion among
ourselves about this most important of points.

But a second reason for our White homeland is that our society
right now is somewhat like Asa Coon: stressed out and on the
verge of losing control. Ideally, we'd like a relatively peaceful
transition between the present System and the new one in our
White homeland, and that can't happen if we don't get moving now
and set a goal for success. Of course, we'll be happy no matter
HOW we get our homeland, but it's going to make things a lot more
manageable for us as well as for the non-Whites who are displaced
into neighboring states if the transition is a peaceful one.

So let's change things now, before all of polyglot America gets
to the point that Asa Coon did and that caused him to lash out
with anger and violence at those around him.
