American Dissident Voices for April 18, 2009 Lawmakers Causing Problems By Erich Gliebe Hello, and welcome back to another edition of American Dissident Voices, the Internet radio program of North America's foremost racialist organization, the National Alliance. I'm your host and the Chairman of the Alliance, Erich Gliebe. Now we've talked about the immigration problem (or more specifically, the non-White immigration problem) many times before here on American Dissident Voices. We've discussed the spinelessness of the federal government in terms of -- in the first place -- halting the flood, and -- in the second place -- rounding up the millions of immigrants who are currently in the United States illegally. We've discussed the primarily Jewish media's lackluster attitude -- not counting CNN's maverick anchorman Lou Dobbs -- toward stemming the flood, which implies quite logically that the media powers are actually pleased that the U.S. is becoming more and more non-White by the day. We've discussed the selfishness of big business and mass agriculture, who use the imported and cheap labor, both legal and illegal, to increase their profits at the expense of the race and the country. And finally, we've discussed some of the pressure applied by immigrant organizations in the U.S. -- rallies and marches and so forth -- that are designed to frighten the White population into silence and the government into inaction. As you can see, immigration is not a new topic on this program. It seems that the law, not lawbreakers, is causing increasing problems in America. AP national writer Jesse Washington recently reports that "New Challenges Arise for Minorities in the 2010 Census." According to Washington, counting non-Whites for the 2010 census is becoming a complex problem because illegal aliens (primarily mestizos) are reluctant to be counted. It seems they fear immigration enforcement and government snooping. In other words, they fear cooperating with the census because a true census count might help the government enforce its immigration laws, and they fear that actual fact-gathering by the government might lead to deportation of some illegal immigrants. Apparently, the present sick economy is forcing illegals to be on the move, and most don't want to be found by the government. However, advocacy groups are now trying to hide illegals while still arriving at a fairly accurate mestizo count. Why? Because these groups know that a high immigrant count ensures an increased number of lawmakers in areas highly represented by mestizos and additional federal funding for schools, roads, and services in those areas. That means an increase in Democrat or progressive representatives in Congress and more money spent for the welfare of illegal immigrants. According to Washington, "There are more immigrants here, speaking more languages than ever before. Some of those immigrants may not know what a census is, or may come from countries where such information is used against rather than for people." For example, the 2000 census counted over thirty-five million mestizos while missing several million more. In 2007, the government estimated the probable number of mestizos living in the U.S. at nearly forty-five million, and rising. Our constitution requires that all people living in the U.S. be counted, whether they are here legally or not. Also, Mexico has lost more people to migration to the United States than to death since 2000, according to the country's demographics agency. An average of 577,000 up and moved to the United States ANNUALLY during the 2000-2005 period, while 495,000 people a year died in Mexico. Of course, those who favor law enforcement argue that federal money and the number of congressional representatives should not be affected by the number of illegals, many of whom cannot speak or read English. They also object to continuing the practice of suspending raids on illegals while the census is being taken. Those pesky laws we have passed surely are causing multiple problems for people who are here illegally and for those dedicated to keeping illegals here for political purposes. Their solution is simply to bypass or break the laws. Illegals are not just breaking immigration laws, however. They are also breaking many of our civil laws as well. States with harsh sentencing laws such as New York's "three strikes and you're out" are now finding their prisons bursting with residents at the same time the budgets are being cut. So what should we do? Well, obviously we must eliminate the harsh sentencing laws, right? We need to free up prison space by placing more criminals on the street. No, that isn't what we must obviously do -- but, predictably, according to AP national writer Deborah Hastings, that is what we are doing! Our nation's politicians are more concerned with protecting illegals than they are with the safety of U.S. citizens. If deportation of illegals were coupled with tight border enforcement, or in other words, if our immigration laws were followed, we would largely solve the current prison overcrowding problem. Another difficulty related to enforcing our laws concerns the disproportionate number of Blacks who commit crimes and are sent to prison. Statistically, if it were not for Mestizos and Blacks we could close many of our prisons because they would stand empty. Let's look at the recent California case in which a Black thug shot and killed four White police officers before being killed himself. Instead of mourning the loss of the officers, organizers staged a sympathy march for the Black murderer. When asked to explain his actions, the head organizer said he had no sympathy for the police because the police are pushing or forcing Black people into prisons on a daily basis. The organizer suggests that police officers are simply rounding up innocent Black people and herding them off to prison without cause. In "Black Never Land" the thug who shot the four police officers was simply protecting his own human rights, despite the fact that he had a "rap sheet" a mile long. He was, according to the organizer, a liberator, a freedom fighter, a man to be admired in life and mourned in death. The examples I have cited indicate the state in which White Americans find ourselves in today. We are being invaded by illegal mestizos who break the law in coming here. When they create prison overcrowding, we bail them out by diluting our sentencing laws. Although anger is running high in many segments of the White population, we stand by helplessly as politicians refuse to enforce our laws. But is White America really helpless? Before answering that question let's consider another problem with law enforcement in America -- the courts. The California Supreme Court recently ruled unconstitutional Proposition 8, a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage. So here is where we stand. The majority of Americans favor marriage between a man and a woman, not marriage between two men, between two women, between multiple men and multiple women, or between human beings and animals. When states vote to give their preference the power of law, the courts call the law unconstitutional. The U.S. Constitution, however, gives states the power to amend their constitutions. But when a state votes to amend its constitution in accordance with principles set out in the U.S. Constitution, the state Supreme Court rules the U.S. Constitution unconstitutional! If you are having trouble making sense of this, you should. The fact of the matter is that judges' own personal values are now the yardstick of law, not the U.S. Constitution. We have seen this in cases legalizing abortion, legalizing gay marriage, legalizing gun control, etc. As someone said to me a few days ago, "Why should we vote? Whatever we say doesn't mean anything." Unfortunately, the person makes a good point. So let's ask the question again. Is White America really helpless? We are helpless and we will remain helpless as long as we remain a mere unorganized lot of complainers. Mestizos, Blacks, gays, and many other Leftist groups are organized. They represent numbers, and numbers represent power. As such they lobby for laws affecting hiring practices in their favor. As more Leftists occupy important positions in our society, they exercise increasing power from within to perpetuate their influence and further change society. A good example of this is our universities. When sixties radicals (Blacks, feminists, Marxists, etc.) were hired by universities, they changed the curriculum from within and hired more Blacks, feminists, and Marxists. Today, it is very hard for a normal White person to be hired, let alone earn tenure. As a result, universities today are monolithic hotbeds of Political Correctness. You can argue morality all you want on both sides of the cultural divide, but in the end the groups with the power will decide the outcomes. And at this time, Whites lack power because we lack organization and numbers. To be organized we must care enough to get off of our couches and become active. That is where the National Alliance comes in. Today, the National Alliance is one of only a handful of organizations dedicated to fighting for the rights and futures of White people. If you are White and you feel helpless, join the National Alliance and put your anger and your appreciation of your own race into action. White Americans must act to preserve ourselves. Nobody else is going to do it for us. So what are we to make of this immigration problem? I've got an idea, and it's quite simple. That idea is one that I've mentioned many, many times before on this program. We should separate the races geographically and then let them decide for themselves what should be done. That's the solution. Then we Whites can kick and keep out whomever we want. Then we Whites can have a government and a media that respond to our needs as a people, whose first obligation is to ensure the safety and progress of our race. That's what the men and women of the National Alliance are out to achieve. The half-measures proposed by a lying, alien-controlled media and a spineless dishonorable government won't work and, more importantly, they aren't in the best interests of our people. Surely, the shuffling of families and assets that will be required when our racial homeland is established will be much less trouble, in the long run, than living in this multiracial Hell. Let's end that nightmare together, and build a dream together.
